Her experience includes concept development and operational transformation for leading organisations such as the Queen Sonja Print Award, the N. Sethia Foundation, Hotel Continental / Theatercaféen, Eiendomsspar, and Choice Hotels Scandinavia (Strawberry).

Her portfolio includes repositioning and development projects such as the boutique Hotel Gabelshus, Folketeateret, and interdisciplinary cultural collaborations with international reach.

Anne is a seasoned international HR professional with extensive experience spanning both the commercial and public sectors. Renowned for her ability to align HR strategy with overarching business goals, Anne has built a strong reputation as a trusted expert in strategic human resources.

Before partnering with Exceed Management, Anne served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a global medical device company, overseeing operations in the Nordics and Europe and contributing as a key member of the Global HR Leadership Team. Her earlier career includes pivotal HR roles across the public sector and various private industries.

In addition to her corporate experience, Anne is a serial entrepreneur. She has founded multiple start-ups in the fitness, consulting, IT, and real estate sectors—currently leading two of them while having successfully commercialized two others.

Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. She is a certified International Coach from Columbia University and holds multiple additional certifications in Organizational Development and Management. Throughout her career, she has designed and delivered numerous leadership development programs.

Anne delivers the greatest impact when working in close alignment with owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and the core values -the DNA -of an organization.
